Cappavilla Village is ideally located on the campus of University of Limerick, just 10 minutes from the city centre of Limerick. Our well maintained and managed villages offer a variety of accommodation for June, July & August featuring 6 bedroom apartments all en-suite. All accommodation is fully fitted & furnished to a high standard.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and parking, and 24 hour security.
Cappavilla Village also has a frequent bus service to Limerick City on premises, or guests can also avail of our free bike rental to get around.
The University campus, set in 300 acres of beautiful riverside parkland, provides a relaxed, convenient, scenic and self-contained environment for delegates during their stay. This high standard accommodation is provided in en-suite apartments near the banks of the River Shannon.
Accessible rooms for guests with special requests are also available, guests should contact us directly in advance of arrival to make adequate arrangements.
Check in from 3pm until 10pm, any check ins after this will have to pre pay for the booking.

Our village receptions are open from 8am –11pm, but after 11pm, there is a notice on each village reception door giving late arrivals a number to call, our village management team reside in the village and can check you in when you arrive.

My boyfriend and I basically just needed a place to rest our heads as we were traveling from Donegal to Kerry, and this did the trick! A little out of the way but it was worth it for the price and because Limerick was more of a pit stop for us. Very clean and nice student accommodations. There was no one in the office when we arrived which was a little concerning but again, it's run by students and when the girl did show up a few minutes later she was very kind and helpful! Would stay again.

very clean and quiet during the summer, no breakfasts but town has plenty of options. only certain buses up there because it is a 30 minute ride to the city center. overall is good. but would stay closer to town

There was confusion over the booking when I arrived but the staff were very friendly in sorting it out. I think it should be renamed to Cappavilla instead of 'Campus Holidays' as that's not very helpful as there is also other campus accommodation called 'Troy' available for rent during the summer.
