We are proud to say that we have a really good atmosphere and we are always up for a beer(or seven if you fancy :D)

pretty boring, and the staff was really boring and stiff. Don't come here and expect any fun. But good for sleeping I guess

Clean and nice hostel, absolutely no atmosphere to talk about. the staff was very friendly and so, but did not seem to know anything about the neighbourhood? Very strange, tried to get tips on things to do but no one could tell us anything (not even nearby restaurants).

We really liked our stay in Hostel Matilda. The staff were kind and very helpful. They even let us check in early which we appreciate. We had a private room and it was very nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, the only thing missing was an oven. The atmosphere was great, friendly and relaxed, we felt very comfortable there. One of the best hostel experiences we had in Brazil.
