The Freezer Hostel & Culture Centre is a multi award winning establishment that mixes hosting travellers with offering entertainment and space for meeting people in our huge lounge / tikibar. The hostel has 8 rooms and space for 30 in all, a fully equipped kitchen and shared bathrooms. This one of a kind hostel also offers free parking, book exchange, plenty of board games, tourist info and maps. Happy hour is every night from 18-20. Linen is always included in our price.
On top of this, The Freezer regularly programmes events such as theatre, stand up comedy, live music, pub quizzes or karaoke nights.
Please note:
Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival date. In case of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 16:00 to 20:00 .
Check out from 06:00 to 10:00 .
Reception is open from 15:00 - 21.00 everyday, for early or late arrivals please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit card or debit card.

I loved my stay at the Freezer! They have an awesome and comfortable common area to hang out, play games, and meet other travelers. I arrived after normal check-in hours and they had a note at the front desk with my name on it with instructions for my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

A really cute, eclectic spot. Staff was extra friendly and they have all the facilities you’d need although some for a small charge. Went on a weekday and they were VERY low on alcohol, so if you go early in the week and want to drink Id bring your own. The place looks a little rundown in that the couches and bedding look worn in but I’d say decent price for what you’re getting. I think the Freezer would be best suited for weekend visits when there’s live music/activities. Would come again.
