Location not great felt unsafe at night. Hostel is fine rooms/bathrooms clean. Outdoor area is great but lacks atmosphere - hostel is very quiet apart from breakfast. Breakfast fine. Female staff lovely and helpful. Male staff passive aggressive and not helpful - minimal information given at check in. Moved to a nicer hostel in better location for rest of stay. Has so much potential but is ultimately very lacking.

I booked this place becuz Hostelworld showed excellent rating , but go to google and read the real reviews , prob the most uncomfortable hostel I’ve ever stayed In I left early. Bathrooms filthy , lockers in shambles. Breakfast was insulting. They had cereal and when I asked for milk they said they only have boy milk. It’s in an old building so there is no insulation and it’s very cold in Santiago so the building was freezing. Also there is no internet in the rooms. Only in common area. Avoid !!

Comfortable and secure. I can imagine that the hostel would pop off in high season but in the shoulder season it was a little dead. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Basic breakfast with nice freshly cooked eggs.
Rooms are comfortable enough but can do with a little upgrading. Very good for 24hr reception due to late flights in to Santiago and grateful for the luggage storage.
