Overall a great stay, biggest problem was the internet connection being too weak. Location and atmosphere was great, staff were helpful and nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but it was often understaffed meaning those on duty were overstretched. For example, they didn't offer guests eggs/bacon with breakfast every day, as sometimes there weren't enough staff. I had a bath with a shower head attached, but no way of attaching to the wall, so a shower was not possible. On one day, the hot water was not working. They add city taxes onto the total cost, so bear this in mind! My room was very cold. Fab location, very central.
