All room types include air-conditioner, free Wi-Fi, personal bedside light, free linen, and free towels. All beds are equipped with comfortable memory foam mattresses (except sofa beds). Bathrooms and showers are shared. To reserve a private room, you must pay for all the beds, regardless of the number of people.

***In Kyoto City, a new accommodation tax will be implemented starting October 1,2018.
Accommodation charge under JPY20,000 (per person per night), the tax amount is JPY200 (per person per night).
Please pay at the lodging facility which you are staying.

**Cancellation Policy**
Reservation may be cancelled without charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
Reservations cancelled less than 2 days before the date of arrival will incur the following charges:
If canceled or modified up to 3 days in advance (JST time), no fee will be charged.
If canceled or modified 2 days or 1 day in advance, or on the same day, 100% of room rate for ALL nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 100% of room rate for ALL nights will be charged.

Group Cancellation Policy (for more than 10 people)*****************************
Please inform us at kyoto@piecehostel.com beforehand if you wish to make a reservation for more than 10 people.
We may not be able to accept your booking, which may result in you losing your deposit.
- Group bookings can be cancelled free of charge up till 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
- Reservations cancelled 4-2 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 30% of the full stay.
- Reservations cancelled 2-1 weeks prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 50% of the full stay.
- Reservations cancelled 1 week-3 days prior to arrival date incur a penalty of 80% of the full stay.
- Reservation cancelled less than 2 days, 1 day, or same day of the arrival date incur a penalty 100% of the full stay.
