Otroligt bra bemötande i receptionen. Bra ställe. Rent och snyggt. Lite långt från centrum men enkelt med lokaltrafiken som receptionen gärna hjälper en med, annars kan man hyra cykel bara alldeles bredvid hostellet.

You get what you get for that low price. An anonymous hostel located on the totally wrong side of town. The neighbourhood only consists of offices and expensive stores. Generous to include breakfast, but is it really necessary if it's uneatable?
On the positive side: beds were comfortable.

Barcelona Pere Tarres Youth Hostel säger
We're open to everyone who feels young - it's not a question of age. For fun around here our guests like to enjoy the good weather on the terrace and meet people of other nationalities. There's also a nightclub in front of the hostel. The nearest attractions would be Barcelona Football Club station and the University of Barcelona, and the night bus stops outside the hostel all night. We like to advise guests on where to visit according to their tastes and preferences...there are so many things to visit in our city that we've decided that the recommendations need to be 'à la carte'. Speaking of à la carte, we've got a restaurant with the official certificate of the Mediterranean diet and we can make special meals for people with specific diets. We also cater to people with special needs or disabilities; our building is fully adapted, with special dorms available.
