Westend City Hostel

We are situated right next to Mariahilferstrasse (most famous shopping street) and 'Westbahnhof' train station on the intersection of two metro lines (U3, U6) which take you into the city centre within 5 minutes. Sites like St. Stephen's, the city hall, the museums quarter, the parliament, the imperial palace and so many more are all to reach within 15 minutes from our hostel by walk or public transport. So as mentioned above, we would surely be first choice for anyone, seeking proximity to the city centre and an uncomplicated arrival.
Our staff is always prepared to give valuable (insider) information on the hot spots of Vienna. An alley of pubs and clubs lies in walking distance of our hostel. Also Vienna's largest shopping street the 'MariahilferstraÃye' is just a step away.

If you are more than 8 people (Group), you must first enquire at the hostel before booking. We are NOT obliged to honor group bookings (that also goes for groups that split their booking)! Thanks for your understanding.

ROOMS:
- mixed dormitories with reasonable prices (age restrication in dormitories; please ask for private or familiy room, when you are older than 40 yeares old)
- rooms are non-smoking areas
- we offer 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 , 11 bed rooms
In multi bed rooms guests have to put linen on the beds themselves; towels can be rented.

Breakfast is available after written confirmation for groups (of at least 20 travelers) between 7am and 10am in our breakfast room .
There are numerous Viennese coffee houses, restaurants and bakeries near Westend City Hostel (at Marihilferstrasse and in Westebahnhof) that offer a very good breakfast.

You can rent towelsat the reception, padlocks for sale or you bring them yourself.

- check-in from 3 pm - we charge a €5,- key deposit which will be returned upon check-out!

NEW YEAR´S SPECIAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

From 29.12.2023 -01.01.2024: Minimum Stay 3 Nights
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations received 0 to 15 days prior to arrival or in case of No Show will be charged 100 % of the total reservation amount. The total price of the reservation will be charged 15 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Please note: there is NO CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT on the 31ST OF DECEMBER


GENERAL CANCELLATIONS:
Please note that cancellations have to be done in a written 48 hours before the arrival day by 8 am at the latest! If you don't arrive without having cancelled before, we have to charge 100% of the first night to your credit card.
In case that the amount of your reservation surmounts 700 Euros we reserve us the right to ask you for a pre-payment (about 25 % of the total amount).
