We booked double bed room. We arrived and got the key and went to the room but someone else’s stuff were in the room(they booked the same room to another person at the same time). Went back to the lobby and told the situation and the guy didnt have any idea how that happened. Anyways he gave us a smaller room for the same price(there wasnt any other double bed room, didnt make any discount). At the small room there were no soap. Toilet flush wasnt working properly. Towels were dirty Thats it.

The room was very hot, the lift was broke, no USB plugs to change your phone from the bed, not the cleanest either.

People at the front desk don’t seem to have any experience in the hospitality business. They can leave you waiting for some minutes while they take personal calls in the lobby, their responses to simple questions can be rude, and they may even seem bothered when approached for questions. Dorm rooms are not laid out for the purposes of a hostel, meaning that not every bed has an electric outlet or bed lamp. En-suite bathroom door didn’t lock, which can be very uncomfortable when sharing space
