I had a great time at Cielo Rojo. The staff is excellent, very helpful and pleasant. The yard is a great place to hang out and meet new people. Overall a great experience :)

Home away from home. A very unique place for travelers. Upon arrival everything seems so relax so kind so friendly. It is like arriving to your friends house. People are always happy singing painting gathering for special events out on the streets and check out markets. Museums and so much the the sorrounded areas offered. The owners are the most lovable and kind people. Although there are different places in the city of Oaxaca this one you will like to spend time over and over. This is it!.

The hostel has a great location. However we didn’t enjoy our stay very much. First of all the toilet was full of ***t every morning, since the water was not running. It was dirty everywhere and people were smoking weed in the the dorm. In General it was loud the whole night because of the music they and the bar next door played. Staff was nice tho. Sorry to leave a bad review but I think other people should just know.
