SECURITY


We place great importance on the safety and security of all of our guests and we want to make sure you have a comfortable, secure and worry-free stay. Our reception is open 24 hours, meaning that there is always someone available to assist you and address any queries. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras throughout the hostel for added security. Guests can also store valuables in the room lockers or in the safety deposit box provided.



CLEANLINESS


Ostello Bello takes cleanliness very seriously and takes great care to ensure that all areas of the hostel are kept spotless. We conduct daily cleaning of all dorms and private rooms are cleaned upon request, ensuring that you have a clean and comfortable space to stay in.
