There are many wonderful restaurant, eateries, lounges and bars in Hollywood Downtown which is a beautiful historic area full of nightlife. Past Downtown you continue on for a few miles and you come to Hollywood Beach with the lush sands and wonderful views that have attracted millions of vacationers over the years to this part of South Florida.

No. this is NOT a 2 star review, it's 0 or sub zero!
This place was filthy, it's dank, not secure, and it looks like a place where people do drugs.
It became clear after 15 minutes that I need it to get the hell out of there, especially as a woman.
The staff did not provide me with a refund even though I never stayed in the room. I am now having to spend a lot of time with the third party booking website, to get my money back. I only stayed there long enough to wait for my Uber ride.

Not a safe area,it got really bad when we arrived,2 men sitting in a truck near entrance watching us & 2 more men on a balcony in one of the rooms watching us.We went in, asked to see our room,it was dark & dirty. We said we could not stay & left.The 2 men in the truck were still sitting there.They have billed my credit card $84.53 & I NEED THIS TO BE REFUNDED. When we left the propertya police cruiser was driving through.It really looked like a drug place,we were surprised it was a hostel!!!
