Cancellation Policy:
Standard - Flexible 24 hours: The client can cancel the reservation for free up to 24 hours, before the arrival date. Otherwise, you must pay the price of the first night. Does not require advance payment. Non-Refundable: Changes or returns do not apply. To confirm the reservation, a full advance payment is required.*** In case of applying any charge, it will be made to the guarantee card with which you confirmed your reservation.
IMPORTANT:* High Season: from December 20 to January 20 ALL reservations will have a Non-Refundable condition (No changes or refunds apply).
Check in from 15.00 to 23.00 (Please let us know if you will arrive later than 11 pm. Otherwise, your reservation could be cancelled.
If you arrive earlier, you can use the common facilities, bathrooms, and our luggage room.)
Check out before 11.00
Payment upon arrival by cash ,credit and debit card
Taxes not included. (18%)
Breakfast not included

The rooms weren’t as advertised. We were expecting a room in the pictures, however they were older rooms maybe from the pervious hostel.
Bed linen was very clean but the room smelt of paint and floors were dusty.
Should have been made aware that there were workmen around the hostel and work still taking place and with work starting early it was very loud with window going onto the courtyard.
The hostel still has a lot of work to be done to it but for a few nights it was okay.

Honestly this place is not ready to be open yet. It was firstly not the easiest to find, there were no signs outside at all and it’s not on Maps. There is still construction work going on. The staff are all fab. However, there are definitely not enough toilets or showers, we were eight girls and had one shower/toilet, the only other one was either in the kitchen which was out of order or downstairs. Also if you’re above 5’7 you won’t fit under the shower.
