THERE IS A RIDICULOUS INFESTATION OF BED BUGS! I killed 7 in 10 minutes easily. I was so freaked out, I didn’t enter the room again. I’m so worried my clothes are infested. THIS PLACE NEEDS RO BE CONDEMNED!
The guy in charge is always stressed out. His assistant is so sweet, but both people don’t explain that there are 2 locations, you don’t get to choose which location, and people have to pay the outstanding charge with cash.

Never stay here! Arrived as a girl was leaving due bed bugs, then received the same infested bed. We mentioned it had bed bugs, he raised his voice at us and ranted about everyone complaining about things that were wrong with the hostel. Forced us to pay cash and wouldn’t let us pay by card, making it impossible to receive a refund later. Flooded bathroom. Staff member quit as we arrived due to work conditions. Waited 7pm-10pm to be checked in, owner nowhere to be seen. Absolute nightmare!
