Staff are lovely and the beds themselves were clean and comfy. Location is also perfect. However, the kitchen was a bit dirty and super old so not the best facilities. We stayed in the 8 bed dorm and while it had plenty room, the floor was covered in hair. Shower was also covered in hair, and was a wet room/toilet situation so flooded when showering and the hair got everywhere which was a bit grim. Only cold water available and the toilet had no seat? So nowhere to put your stuff when showering

No Lockers. Just a flimsy cupboard that anyone can pull open ,, even when locked. Unacceptable for what they charge.
Staff are the best attribute here.
