Conveniently located in Dubai Marina, Joyful Journeys Hostel is in close proximity to all the important places in Dubai. With the metro station right at our doorstep and a short 4-5 minute walk from Jumeirah Beach Residences (JBR), our hostel offers easy access to the city's key attractions.

Joyful Journeys - Terms & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 1 day before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 14:00 to 20:00 .
Check out before 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by cash.

Taxes included

General:

● Guests must read before Check-in to avoid any misunderstanding or will be fined 100 AED for breaking any of the following rules.
● You will receive a food box to store food in the fridge and a designated area for dry food. Any food out of your area or box will be thrown away.
● After preparing your food you have to wash all utensils you’ve used, otherwise pay 5 AED and it will be washed for you.
● After eating, dishes should be washed immediately and the kitchen and dining table kept tidy all the time.
● It’s not allowed to receive food delivery or to use the hostel bell after 12am.
● It’s not allowed to wash clothes by yourself, and it’s not allowed to hang your clothes in the bathroom, room, balcony, or any place except the cupboard.
● Keep your suitcases in the designated area, not in any other place.
● It’s not allowed to receive calls or talk in the rooms or in the corridor at any time. You can talk and receive calls in our lobby and dining hall.
● It’s allowed to use the hair dryer only in bathrooms and between 12pm till 10pm.
● Every bed is equipped with 2 electricity sockets, it’s not allowed to use other sockets in a hostel, except for the work station.
● Please avoid roaming the hostel naked, in towel or in underwear. It’s not appropriate and can make others feel uncomfortable.
● Inviting anyone to the hostel is Not Allowed.
● Sexual intercourse or any other sexually explicit behaviour is strictly prohibited in the hostel.
● Smoking is only allowed on the balcony, keeping the balcony’s door open while you smoke will get you fined.
● We cannot be held responsible for your valuables belongings please keep them in the given locker.
● Keeping any kind of food in rooms or cupboards is not allowed.
● We turn off the lights in the dining hall by 12am to ensure a good night’s sleep for all guests. It’s not allowed to make noises or use the kitchen from 12am till 7am. But it’s ok to work on your laptop silently.
● To keep the rooms and cupboards space clean and organised, please stick to your assigned bed and keep your belongings in your designated area. It’s not allowed to hang clothes, backpack or towel on beds or mattresses, please use the cupboard. And always ask for housekeeper’s assistance.
● Your food is to be served only on the dining table, it’s not allowed to eat in the rooms or any other places.
● Smelly or smoking food is not allowed.
● Taking other guests’ food or belongings is strictly not allowed.
