Well, hats off to the staff that welcomed me...she was really great (helper me figure out buses and made change for me) and was quite apologetic about the putting me in the back/secondary housing room, which was for long-term guests. I didn't get it immediately, but by the time she left, I had figured out what she meant. The size of the room (no windows), the sounds, the smells, the lights and sounds again and again. I never thought I'd feel what I felt in a 1st world country.
