The hostel is more like a hotel that also has dorm rooms. It’s really modern, the beds are really comfortable and the bathroom was always clean. However, since this place is more like a hotel there is no kitchen where you can cook for yourself and there is no real common area except for the lobby. If you don’t need these facilities then the hostel is great but for me it was missing.

Eklo is brand new and a beautiful property! With being a brand new hostel they are still working out the kinks, but they are accommodating and the staff are really kind. This hostel is a hotel style hostel so there is not a lot of social aspects to it now. Hopefully in the future they will have events to bring everyone together. There is a restaurant on the main floor but there is no kitchen! There is a laundromat just a few steps away from the hostel which is amazing. Thank you!

It was a FANTASTIC experience! Loved everything about the Hotel / Hostal from the friendly and overpouring staff to the attention to details, good food and drinks to the restful nights I stayed. A must when I get back to Montpellier
