Full of stinking dirty clothes in the bathroom. The German volunteer didn't bother picking it up after being made aware of it. Overcrowded rooms, with peoples shoes, hiking backpacks, towels and other belongings spread all over the place. The hostel is in a nice part of town, and the hostel itself is new and fresh. Unfortunately the messiness in the rooms pulls down the overall experience.

A great hostel and amazing hosts! The facilities are great - it has a large kitchen, a roof terrace and great showers (they also offered a laundry service). There were locks on all doors to the rooms and main entrance so it felt very secure
It is not located in the centre of Las Palmas so there are only a few restaurants and shops nearby. However, the main bus station is a few minutes walk away and it is next to a big car park (if you’re hiring a car)

Really great hostel! The staff there are lovely, so friendly and helpful. They were welcoming to everyone, and they even put together family dinners and events to share. It’s close by everything you will want to access and the kitchen is well equiped with everything you need to cook. I highly recommend booking this for a long time while you stay as you won’t want to leave the people there! The roof top is a nice place to chill out in the evenings also.
