We take you for free on a morning tour every Tuesday morning starting in December 2022
We take pictures of you and print and offer a picture from the nicest Seaview spot on the island.
The property possesses a peaceful Seaview from one side and the striking mountain view from the opposite balcony, with a view of the football facilities, the biggest in Koh Phangan.

Arena Seaview's sister hostel and neighbour is not only the biggest party hostel on the island but also the most complete sports complex that Koh Phangan has to offer. Guests of Arena Seaview will have full access to all the neighbouring hostels facilities.

Situated in the heart of Koh Phangan, Arena Seaview is perfectly located for all your Koh Phangan destinations.

Just 100m away and visible from the property is Baan Tai Beach.

Only 1.2km from the central town, night markets and the main pier, Thong Sala.

7.5km away from the famous Full Moon party beach, Haad Rin

Phaeng Noi national park and waterfall is located just 5.2km from the property

With many viewpoints and temples being less than 5km away.

There really isn't a better location on the island for all your needs. whether it's for parties, the culture or all the beautiful beaches and views that Koh Phangan has to offer.

We have an amazing set of multilingual staff who are able to speak English, French, Thai, Dutch, Spanish and Burmese, fluently. They will always do their best to help with any situation you may have.

- Office is open every day from 9 AM until 9 PM
- Check in time: 2 pm - 9pm & check out time: 11 am

Regarding bookings OUTSIDE the full moon period:
- The payment will be required in cash only on your arrival. We don't take credit card payments.

Regarding bookings FOR the full moon and Half Moon periods:

- We HIGHLY recommend you book 7 days before the Moon Party to enjoy all the major parties such as our own Island famous Glow Party.

- Once we have received your booking, please contact us for the payment details.

- it is your responsibility to contact us for the pre-payment in advance, your booking may not be confirmed if you do not send us a pre-payment.

Please note that if we do not receive your payment (Regarding bookings FOR the full moon or half-moon periods), we have the right to cancel the booking at any time.

No Prepayment = No Confirmed Booking! No Show = No Refund! Once the payment is done, there will not be any refund!

- Due to our high demand, make sure to book in advance to secure your stay.
- During our busiest time, we may be over booked. In this rarely case, the customers would be sleeping to our sister hostel which is just next door. The rooms are as good as ours! And everyone can enjoy the best of both hostels!
