Coed washrooms, punitive rule set, very little privacy in rooms. Storage leaves much to be desired. Location requires significant walk or transit to get anywhere. No complaints about staff but over all I wouldn recommend against this property

It was okay for the price. The staff was alright with the exception of one guy. He continously told my friend and I that we needed to quiet done because it was past 11 pm. We were waiting for a cab outside of the lobby and we were talking quietly. He told us we had to leave because we were being too “loudâ€. We were whispering the whole time.

The staff were very good, the hostel very beautiful and well equipped.
However, I found bed bugs and I was bitten ALL over my body during my stay.
This is INADMISSIBLE.
The staff were understanding, refunded me for the night and changed my room, but the damage had already been done. Yes, they changed my room, but it wasn't locked and other guests had to be swiped as well.
In short, it's disgraceful, hygiene is the least we can do. the beds are not cleaned, which means the hotel is worthless.
