When we got there we asked for upgrade of room and they say we can and that they will deduct the payment that we made initially to the room that we want to upgrade but we end up paying the 2 rooms which is so expensive, We are so disappointed for paying more than $300 a night and it was so loud outside and we can hear it from our room.

Had a perfect start for my 2 month backpack trip in this cozy, cool and lovely hostel in the best area so far in Melbourne. The staff was suuuper helpfull with everything I needed to know and the vibe was great! Would definetely stay here again!!! :)
