Kind of a weird space. A lot of potential, but the execution is far from perfect. We were the only people there. The main areas were clean but as soon as you dig a bit deeper you'll see that the cleanliness is surface-level. There's a pool, but I didn't try it so can't comment on it. The staff were fairly friendly. The location was pretty good, about a 15 minute walk from the beach, and in a secure area.

Overall a nice place to stay, just not much going on/people staying there when we were there. We came with 3 and had a room to ourselves with was really nice. Pool is awesome, kitchen is semi-well equipped. They’re re-painting/re-doing the entire place woke us up at 7am. 15-20min walk to the beach. Location is great for a quite nights sleep but far away from all the action. Loved Cabarete though!! Stayed 3 nights eventually. Would stay again but it’s also the only hostel in town 🙃
