Strict Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. A pre-payment of the 100% of the total booking amount is required. Additionally, we require a security deposit of $500MXN, that will be refunded to you after your check out.

We do only accept guests from 18 to 35 years old. INE or Passport will be required NO EXCEPTIONS. Book for another person is not allowed.

You must provide a WhatsApp number at the moment of you booking and/or contact our WhatsApp concierge immediately after your booking to do your pre check in process. If not, the booking could be canceled.

No reception/front desk. We do only receive guest by appointment with confirm and paid bookings.
Check in from 16 to 20 hours.
Check out before 11 hours.
