We showed up and were told our room was never booked. Spent 20 bucks on a down payment for nothing but the hotel we ended up at had way better bars so thanks for botching that i guess

This property is very average so only stay here if you absolutely need a place to sleep and your standards are low. Getting into the hostel was not easy since there was no key left for me, if a guy didn’t let me in I would’ve legit slept on the street. Inside the room the sheets were covered in cigarette burns and there was dust everywhere. The towel rack had been glued with hot glue and fell off the wall instantly and the shower was also falling apart. The next morning, the cleaning lady who is clearly not

The staff members were constantly smoking inside, in non-ventilated areas. The bedsheets in our room were heavily stained and the floors and surfaces were dirty.
