Location was great and property was super clean. Edgar was very helpful. Good size shared kitchen. Volunteers were lovely however some lacked knowledge on the area. A printed sheet at reception with info on the area would be helpful so that every gets the same information. Room was a good size however mattresses were old and you could feel the springs.

A fantastic hostel!! The kitchen is really big and there’s lots of supermarkets nearby so cooking is really easy and makes La fortuna an affordable place. The staff were all really nice. By no means a party hostel but was exactly what we were looking for. Would 100% recommend and stay again!
