We are a small hostel (60 beds), with a great vibe. It's easy to meet people. Not a party hostel (even though we like to party, we organise parties outside)
Owner operated, we have been here for 5+ years so we know the city, the parties and how to find a job :)
WE OFFER :
- Free Laundry (washing) when you book for a week !
- Air-Conditioning
- Free car park located 200m away (2 min walk)
- Free Unlimited WiFi
- Bring your own Alcohol (save $$$)
- Located in the heart of the city centre
- EVENTS - Free BBQ on Monday and other events depending of the season
Don't waste your time and money anywhere else.
POLICIES :
18 years old to 35 years old - no kids allowed.
Passeport required
Proof of vaccination required
Sports groups - contact us for group bookings
Checkout 10am
Checkin 2pm, but feel free to come and drop your bag in the morning from 9 am (If earlier, please call us a day before to arrange entrance)
DEPOSIT ONLY RATES CANCELLATION POLICY: Strictly 14 Days, Full Payment. (cancelling within 14 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full charge of the reservation)
Covid ban : You'll get a one year valid voucher if you cannot make it to the NT due to Covid
A 2.5% surcharge will be added to all Eftpos and Credit Card transactions.
Guests can come into the hostel and use facilities before the check-in time
The hostel provides a fun, safe environment so any unruly guests will not be tolerated.

This is definitely the WORST hostel I ever stayed in! Would not recommend at all. The photos provided did not show what the reality was. There was no reception at all, all communication was via text. The vibe of the hostel was completely off, did not feel right at all. There were a lot of longtime tradies at the hostel and it almost felt like you stepped into their house/domain. Next to this, the hostel was gross and did not look like it got cleaned regularly. Also, no lockers in the room.

Nothing special. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, but the common areas are very messy. Tidying-up rules are not enforced.

I was put in the Cozy Hostel,
It was obviously in a state of 'transformation' - bldg materials everywhere.
My feelings abt security took a dive after Ernaut's story.
I liked: the code locks on the doors; the staff cleaned in the mornings (I wish the guests wd clean after themselves!).
I didnt like: the internet is not accessible upstairs. shortage of kitchen storage and equipment.
Overall the guests were pleasant & considerate, and I enjoyed the stay
