Personal is like robots, no helpful.
Half of the staff are emigrants from Argentina with excellent customers skills. The other half of the staff are "rude robots". I canceled my stay.
I intended to complain, but 20 years old female manager yeld at me that she will call police on me. The dishes are all plastic. In the fancy bar of Selina hotel I was served a cocktail (Cuba Libre) in plastic cup.
I was also charged hidden tax. Rooms with share beds are very small with no windows.

The pool and the location were great. Unfortunately the staff weren’t very helpful, I got eaten alive by bed bugs and overall was a pretty awful two days stay.

Nice hostel, but I think it is too pricey for what you get. The pool was nice, but in order to use the loungers around it you must spend a minimum of 200 pesos with the restaurant, even though you are a guest at the hostel. Ive never seen this before at a hostel, and found it to be a rip off considering the drinks at the hostel were very overpriced. Booking tours at the hostel was also a fair bit more expensive than booking with other local companies.
