5. Cancellation policy:

　　(2) 3 days before Arrival Date: 100% of whole accommodation fee
　　(3) on the day or No Show: 100% of whole accommodation fee
6. Age restriction: over 3 years old
7. No smoking in the room.

11. Late arrival (after 23:00) will be charged ¥1,000 as 'Late Check-in'. Please make a request in advance.
