We are located in the heart of San Juan del. Sur feet in the sand. The Beach House Nicaragua offers several facilities, including a private beach area. The property has a terrace and a shared lounge area. The hotel's restaurant serves international and caribbean dishes and fresh seafood from right out front. We have activities surf oriented, daily shuttles to all the beach in San Juan del Sur, surf class and surf boards rental. Our staff will be more than happy to show you around and have you experience what it's like living in the south pacific of Nicaragua.

Located in the heart of town you get to enjoy all the small bars and restaurants in town, walk to the market and have all the amenities within minutes. No need for a vehicle as we also provide transport to other beaches. You can see the Jesus Statue right from your room and hope on fishing boat or boose cruises right in front of your room. All rooms have air conditioning and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Our dorms sleep 4 and have private bathrooms. The rooms are cleaned daily and the balcony. All rooms face the ocean and your private balcony give you access directly to beach and the restaurant. These areas are only reserved for guests. Our property offers both dorm and private room accommodations. All rooms have air conditioning and bid glass windows overlooking the ocean. Catch all the sunsets right from your room. Our restaurant is offers international cuisine and our bartenders mix up the best cocktails. We have the closest rooms to the water. You can book all your activities in house from Surf lessons, zip lining, paddle boarding in the bay and much more. The lounge area is beachfront and you can use it to work, eat or just mingle with friends. Hammocks and swings are also available. We offer 15% discount on all food for our guests and local Beer and Rhum at 1$.
