There are enough spaces in dorms. The ventilation system is also installed for residents to have fresh air. Personal lockers are offered in dorms to ensure the safety of your valuable belongings. Full bed linens are ready for your use. We choose hotel-quality mattresses with pillow top which provide better comfort and enhance rest quality.
Our shower rooms and toilets are separate. Hot showers are available 24/7. Washing machine and dryer are also available. Our friendly and trained staff will be available to assist you whenever you need help.
If you are coming from Auckland Airport, take SKYBUS and get off at 421 Queen Street. It will take around 11 minutes walking to our hostel. You may take the super shuttle with door to door service.

Very nice place! Big hostel with longterm stayers as well as people just passing through. It really is up to you if you want to socialise or not. I became friends with the longterm groups immediately. Really nice to sit down and eat dinner together. Many showers and toilets. Nice and clean facilities. Good lockers in the room, nice with curtains by the beds. Will come back here when I visit Auckland again.
