I stayed in the dorm so my review may only be applicable for the dorm rooms.
My allocated bunk as not clean. Though the sheet seemed clean the duvet has marks/stains and either side of the had a lot of debris and even a used tissue. The bunks had personal plugs and light. I was given a good size locker to lock my bag away.
The staff were helpful and kind :)
No hot water in the shower. Bathroom unclean at times. Breakfast is not included but very cheap at 30,000K.

I booked 2 nights for my partner and me and we were not so happy. The staff was friendly, especially the ones in the restaurant, the food was nice and the location good but thats about it. The room was full of mozzies, the bathroom smelled and I wouldn't step into the dirty pool. It is a hotel but for that price you get a nice double room in a clean hostel with better athmosphere. On top 3 minutes after check out time when we were just at the door a guy came to get us bc we were 'late'.
