Based at Rua do Bonjardim, you can start your tour passing by all the markets and shops in the surroundings, like Rua de Santa Catarina, that have streets from local craft makers to big retailers based at the city. Enjoy also a big variety of restaurants and pastry shops and know Portugal from how it tastes, and we can assure you it is an amazing taste! Only 5 minutes away walking to Aliados, the main square in Porto, where the city starts to pulse, and enjoy the very nice view from Ribeira and Clérigos Tower in a walking distance from the hostel.

No lockers in the rooms, the door to the room had a broken lock so it could not be opened from the outside so if someone closed it you had to knock and wake the whole room up to get in.
Beds are ok.
The location was ok, quiet area with walking distance to town.
The staff girl was helpful and friendly.
The only shower was in a bathtub and it was not so clean.
I did not use the kitchen so i dont know about that.
I stayed one night, it was cheap but i would not stay there again sorry.

Photos are quite misleading, I booked the female dorm, the beds were very old, bedsheets not done. The whole building is very old and not renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms very old as well. I wouldn't book this hostel again.

It has been very complicated to be there, the cleanliness has not been the best, the people there are not very friendly, only the guy who helped me. The place is far from everything, I didn't like it at all
