Buton Backpacker Lodge is the first pod concept in Bandung City that is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and big groups. There are private rooms with double bed or twin bed and equipped with TV, AC, and heater. We have spacious and comfortable shared room with pod/capsule style and bath room inside. Each room has a garden and fish pond view. All accommodation include complimentary breakfast and free use of Wifi. Our communal room equipped with kitchen and mini café, making this not only a great place to eat but a great spot to meet people from all over the world. Its equipped with refrigerator, microwaves, a sink and storage cabinet.
Our 24-hour Welcome and information desk is always there to help with any question. In addition, guests can get information on what to visit in the city and how to get there safely and securely.

Nothing to say really, just a really good hostel, best to bring some mask for when you sleep though, they’ve got drapes for the beds but somehow they couldn’t turn off the lights in the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff who always were available to talk and help out! They also helped us organize a great tour around the surroundings of Bandung so you could see the beautiful Javanese countryside. Rooms were clean, AC worked great and the pods provided privacy as well as plenty of electrical outlets. The place was very calm when we visited as we were here off-season, but still a cozy atmosphere.

Brekfast is decent, it’s nothing special compared to any other place. Staff is mostly young guys smoking all the time in the smoking area. They try to sell everyone the â€bike tour†it’s way to expensive for what you get. You pay and they drive you to locations but you must eat lunch at predetermined place (they get kickbacks) and pay entrance fees as this is not included. It’s overpriced and the staff knows it. Mostly dutch people in the hostel Will not stay here again.
