Generator Stockholm Policies & Conditions

Cancellation policy: 2pm day before arrival.
Payment upon arrival by bank card only. If paying with a prepaid card, a credit card will be requested to guarantee the booking. This property may pre-authorize your card before arrival.

Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 10:00.

In case of no show or late cancellation, the total amount of the full booking will be charged.

GROUPS
Any reservation of 10 people or more per night will be considered a group with different terms and conditions. Groups reservations can only be made through our reservations team, and Generator reserves the right to cancel it otherwise

Saturday and Sunday from 7 am to 11 pm

PET
We would welcome a dog on property but only when staying in a private room, and subject to a 250 SEK fee per dog per Stay. Only Dog under 75lbs./ 34kg
