Welcome to LEBO’S SOWETO! We offer a unique and personal experience of Soweto. Integrated with the community around us we invite day as well as overnight guests to be part of this vibrant township. Our day guests can book one of the interactive tours by walk, bicycle or tuk-tuk as well as relaxing with a home cooked lunch or dinner in the outdoors in our community park and around the fire and boma. An overnight experience at the Backpackers Lodge offers the budget traveller a choice of accommodation – camping, dormitory and private En Suite rooms. Home cooked meals served by the fire and the opportunity to explore Soweto on their own by safely strolling around and mingling with the locals or on an organized tour conducted by local tour guides. Community volunteering, self-guided tours and free bicycle hire is also available for the curious traveller staying longer.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and made you feel like it was a second home. And Sewoto is lovely.

Soweto is a place with a lot of history and love. Nice staff, clean hostel, but the kitchen is way too small and not free wifi. The bicycle tour was only 3h and not 4h like stated in the brochure...
