This is place is alright but I would not stay here for a longer time though. Could be cleaner, felt a bit shabby. The staff is nice and the free breakfast is really good

Staff were friendly, made friends really quickly, there were big groups of people which were long term stayers which was slightly intimidating but met people so fast, en-suites were really clean and bed was comfy!

I arrived late a jetlagged and given bed sheets to make my own bed. The dorm wasn't clean, the blinds were broken, the bunk beds are wobbly and squeaked anytime you moved. The bathroom was damp and unclean, I didn't even shower here to avoid using it much. The whole place is in need of updating. In the morning I made my own breakfast, cooking supplies not great condition. I wasn't told you have to ask reception for plates, cutlery etc. no one was at the desk for 15 mins while my food went cold.
