A quiet nice place to stay at when visiting venice. A bit far from the city but it was easy to use the busses. Perfect for a budget visit to venice. Staff was nice and the services too.

the room was Very clean aswell as the showers and toilets! it was easy to take the bus into Venice and the people in the reception was very helpful, a very peaceful environment!

The staff in the restaurant was rude and not at all serviceminded. We ordered two toasts for breakfast and they where burned. When we pointed this out he was very rude and told us this was the italian way to make a toast, completely burned. He made us new toast that was undercoocked instead. The burned ones he gave to another costumer. He also asked us very angry what country we were from, like this would have matter.
