We found cockroaches in the kitchen every day, the kitchen was also very small and didn't have good facilities. Bedrooms are fine but not great and the laundry is expensive. Showers are good though.

Great staff and location. Free breakfast was great and nice lounge area.

Had a brilliant time in Salvador largely thanks to the brilliant hostel in a great location in the old town. Rooms were quiet at night but all guests were friendly and social, the whole hostel was great.
