Clean and classy rooms that suited what we wanted as more of a hotel vibe but just be aware that this is definitely not a social hostel place. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!! Plenty of options where you order a main breakfast meal then have a large buffet with fruit and many other sides. Reception was helpful and helped us to book a Cat Ba boat cruise tour. Had some issues with the tour itinerary changing and not being what we had booked but the hotel reception helped us out in explaining that it had

Got a double room and ended up with three beds for a single traveller. Cleaned the room every day and provided water and a minibar. Staff were lovely. atmosphere was hotel like but not too many people there. Did have an issue where I got told to use a broken toilet which flooded, and was out of action for 2 days. Both embarrassing and a bit rank. However the hotel itself is very nice. Probably prefer it to Mayflower round the corner but only 3 stars for the toilet 🙂
