The guy at the reception was very unfriendly and has worst customer service skills. We booked for 2 guests one private room, but it turned out only a room for one guest. We asked the reception guy to help us upgrade but he was very defensive. I would not recommend this hotel.

Located on the outskirts of Bologna, so taxi rides into city were expensive. Host was very friendly. It is a hotel and not really a Hostel. Room was spacious and clean. Full breakfast was good!

Very far from the city center, located in an airport park. Really not an ideal location.
From entry to exit, the hotel smelled like smoke, especially our room.
The facilities are a little rickety (the elevator only fits one and is pretty sketchy, and the shower tap was extremely rusted out and difficult to turn).
Staff was helpful but vaguely unfriendly.
Booked two beds, but received a room with just one double bed.
