Casa de Piedra offers; bar & restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, BBQ, table soccer, snooker pool, board games & a stunning location with lots of nature. Just added the beautiful 'Bamboo Lounge' the ideal place to grab a drink or a cocktail for happy hour.

We offer assistance with all kinds of activities/tours & transfers.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay at Casa de piedra. It was definitely top 3 of all the hostels we've stayed at during this 3 1/2 month journey in south america. The owner is so wonderful and genuine, he definitely cares about his visitors. For example, my camera and money were stolen during the bus ride to Mindo and the owner was so caring and helped me with the police report. The hostel itself is wonderful, peaceful, clean with a beautiful garden and really nice and comfortable beds.

Nice hostel about a ten minute walk to the main square which was fine but there were roadworks happening by the hostel so when dark not such a comfortable walk. Hostel room was nice and bathroom clean with hot water. There was a kitchen but you had to pay a small fee to use it which was a first for me. Also had a swim pool and jacuzzi ( we did not use but it looked good)gardens are nice and the hammocks were a great place to chill. Could book tours through the hostel and would recommend the chocolate your.

It was a perfect stay!! The staff are so sweet and we saw them EVERY day taking care of the property!! The rooms were so clean and nice - and the pool was so nice to swim in! Overall very happy with our stay at this cute little wood house!! And a bonus: two really cute dogs lives on the property and they love when you pet them! ðŸ˜
