The place is gold. But the staff are just diamonds!! This place is perfect, if you are looking for a place to rest, not wild and good vibe, this is for you. The wifi is good, I even had work meetings without issues and the staff wow, always willing to help and give the best advices. I loved how they treated us and so flexible about everything (To make sure we are having a nice time in Baños). But the best best best part of the Hostal is, "Canela", the lovely dog that is always checking around :)

Such a welcoming hostel. It has the cutest vibes and is very well taken care of. It is very clean and the shared kitchen is awesome to make your own meals. Family who owns it can help you with whatever questions you have.

We absolutely loved our stay! Right when we arrived we felt welcomed by the family. They highlighted the best things to do and see and gave great food recommendations. They made booking tours easy! The location is great, very close to the centre, yet away from the noise! As other reviews state it’s not a social hostel but it was exactly what we were looking for as a couple for an excellent price!
