This hotel & a few nearby ones seem to have been scamming people by telling them that they haven't receieved any payment at all even though they paid the entire amount. Thankfully I only paid a reservation amount. Whats worse is that they tell you the hotel is fully booked and so do all hotels around & about the area. After wasting some of your time they finally take you to the side and offer you a room for 1000 TL in the same building that was empty just a minutes ago. This happened to 5 others

At check in the hotel overcharged me about EUR 5. Dealing with the reception was tiresome, I I forwarded the matter to the website customer service. No reply, total failure.
The room was v. hot and a/c did not work. Kept the window open the whole night which worked fine, apart from cigarette and kebeb smell coming from the ground floor. Bed linen had an impressive hole but was relatively clean. It was almost all right for a one night stay close to airport. But a sloppy place on the whole.
