Lovely resort, restaurants and bars with great food! Room service too! Room was clean and a good size which on looks one of the pools.

Arrived at 2pm, checked in, the room had not been cleaned, at all. The staff apologised and asked us to wait. We waited for 2hrs in torrential rain at the beach before returning, the room still hadn't been cleaned, they hadn't even started. They told us we could wait in the bistro but they couldn't give us a time frame of when the room would be cleaned. At this point we decided to drive to Cairns instead and asked for a full refund. The resort itself was very rundown and outdated.
