Freedom Hostel is a old house (it is almost 100 years old structure) recently renewed. It was the house of the “Senator Enzo Bordabehere”, one of the victims of the dramatic and bloody Political History of Argentina.
The hostel is located in the historical district of Rosario, right between the beautiful and peaceful river front, with it's bars and restaurants, and the vibrant pedestrian shopping streets. A perfect location to have a perfect time!
We're also just few block from the boat departure to the river's islands!
We offer large and comfortable artistic rooms, all equipped with fans, lockers and all linen provided. Our kitchen is fully. We also offer you a patio with hammock, a nice living room with games and book, WIFI and much more! The international staff, made of avid and experienced travellers will do their best for you in order to give you the time of your life in Rosario! We even rent bike to help you to explore the city!
We regularly organise communal dinner, traditional Argentinian asado, cultural events etc...

- Staff rarely at the reception disk
- Super small and dirty lockers with spiderwebs in them
- Spiderwebs & spiders in every corner of the building (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen etc).
- Few options for breakfast
- Dirty bathroom, shower smelled like pee
- Just four shared bathrooms, outside of rooms

Save yourself the trouble and pay a little extra for a hotel. We arrived and were checked in to a small dark room with filthy mattresses and 3 tiered bunk beds. The beds were so low you couldn’t sit up at all in your bed. There was rubbish down the side of my bed and old socks etc. Clearly no one cleaned the room. There were lockers but only 1 available of about 6 was able to be locked. There were no keys for the room. The bathrooms were filthy and had cockroaches. The location was great.
