First time ever hostel refused to accept balance owed on statement of 4 nights for 177 solesSaid was error of hostelworl and wanted 300 soles for 3 nights finally agreeing on 210 as with 3 day cancellation policy options were limited I was not happy

I booked a double room with shared bathroom. When I made the reservation, it said that breakfast was included. But the owner said it was not. Then she complained that we had arrived during the night, despite we had told her we would be there at 5 a.m. Also, she charged us the full price of the room, even though we had paid a deposit when making the booking. It seems like the owner is more worried in making money than providing a good service. I wouldnt stay there again.
