Distrito Condesa Rooms and Suites

Distrito Condesa Rooms and Studios offers from single bed rooms to private executive rooms, all equipped for your comfort. Every room has private insuite bathroom, WiFI internet, a flat Smart TV, desk and closet. We offer a nice outdoor patio to chill out, relax and meet people. We provide executive housing we are not a hotel.

WiFiI internet is free. We can also help you organize your trips in Mexico City or around it. Let us take care of you!


Please advise about arrival time, front desk opens from 8 AM to 11 PM. Exceptions must be confirmed or you won't be able to enter.
Check-in: 1:30 PM and Check-out: 11 AM.

You can not check-in if you are under 18 years old unless you are traveling with an adult.
No charges if you cancel 7 days prior to the arrival date, after that we will charge one night plus taxes..
If you don't show we will charge one night plus taxes..
If you wish to leave before your check-out day, you will be charged 100% of the cancelled nights.
