Pinkshack Cottages is located on the Western peninsula of Antigua ... St Johns the Capital is only a 5-minute drive away, the village offers small local restaurants for casual dining /takeaway, there are also two mini shack stores to purchase basic groceries... You can access local buses from the end of our Street or in the village of Five Islands. We can organize a private meet and greet ground transfer from the airport or ports around Antigua for 50US, weekly Shirley's Heights return shuttle ride for only 30US per person. Staying with us at Pinkshack Cottages is perfect for Nature and Animal lovers, we also have a number of small domestic pets on the property who are ready to make friends if you love pets... You can enjoy sighting and hearing different tropical birds and also see various lizard species around the property, surrounding our property you could typically see free roaming animals such as Donkeys, horses, cows, sheep and goats, and chickens in the Five islands rolling pastures... As the sunsets on our Western shores, nighttime draws in and in the Pinkshack Gardens comes alive, be prepared to welcome the beautiful nightly orchestra of our tropical tree Frogs and Night crickets that will lull you to sleep with their Nightly song... The property is in a unique local setting and is only a few minutes' walk to several stunning, secluded, white sandy beaches with blue, warm, crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The property is well secured and offers easy walking/cycling access to any one of the secluded sandy beaches... The nearest being Coconut Beach and the exclusive Deep Bay, a National Park with the historic Barrington Hill Fort, Deep Bay is a sheltered Caribbean Cove with the Andes shipwreck lying within its crystal-clear waters.

The beautiful remote beaches of Hawksbill Estate offer an exclusive opportunity to visit one of the only Naturist Beaches in the Caribbean with an opportunity to see a rare Hawksbill turtle swimming in warm crystal-clear waters or you may be fortunate enough to see multiple turtle hatchings scuttling to the sea, tranquil Eden Beach offers natural beauty in abundance and is excellent for snorkeling. The Five Islands area is great for snorkeling, water sports, boating, walking and cycling and horse riding...
