Welcome to Canada's west coast playground. If you love adrenaline highs, this is heaven! Skiing, boarding, mountain biking, bungee, zip lining, whitewater rafting, snowmobiling, ATVs... we've got it all!
Opened in July 2010, HI-Whistler is a purpose-built facility that was originally used as part of the athlete's accommodation during the 2010 Winter Olympics. Our amazing facility is the new standard of hosteling with all the amenities you'd expect and then some. Our private rooms are more luxurious than some luxury hotels and our four-person dorm room almost feels private. You'll never find a better hostel than this one!
Our onsite cafe Cheaky's serves local beer and ciders as well as house-made meals, snacks and delicious specialty coffees. Open from 7am to late daily.
Store your skis, board and bike in our storage room. Hang out in our TV lounge equipped with a 52' HDTV and meet some new cool folks on our patios or over a game of pool!

Lovely staff! The room wasnt so clean, with dust in the corners and found an other persons things under the bed. But still cosy hostel close to diffrent trails

Very clean and the staff were super nice. Stayed for two nights and the person handling my check-in accidentally cancelled my reservation for the second night, but was compensated with a whole four bed dorm for myself which was really nice. The location of the hostel is a bit far from the town, but the buses run regularly from right outside the hostel, so was no problem.

Very nice hostel, recently built. Had a lot of nice outdoor areas, a nice common room with a pool table, big kitchen with everything you need and a big dining area. It was very easy to meet new people in the well-planned kitchen. Only downside to the hostel was the distance to Whistler but we had a car so not a big problem for us. Only a 10 minute drive to Backcomb mountain. Free parking at hostel.
We stayed in a private room and it felt like we were staying in a hotel. Really nice!
